My client’s International operations have expanded with several new build ultra – Deep-water 7th Generation Drill ships with a further two due for completion late 2014. This will add to their extensive fleet of:   Semi-submersible rigs and Ultra-Deep-Water Drill Ships which are currently operating worldwide in various locations. Responsibility/Activities

•Adhere and participate in Ocean Rig Safety policies and procedures

•Provide general Subsea support to the offshore units on 24/7

•Proactively advise the offshore units about Subsea related matters

•Oversees implementation of the Preventative Maintenance System Through observations of the PMS job plans and PM schedule, propose improvements or corrections as needed.

•Ensure and Survey Well Control Certificate compliancy

•Fleet Spare Eqt Follow up / Maintenance / Certification and Condition

•Monitors repairs and rebuilds, as required

•Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing as needed

•Ensure certification and equipment availability

•Support Subsea equipment / System modifications, upgrade for the offshore units.

•Assist with Company Policy and procedure

•Subsea Personnel hiring interview and competency assessment

•Support Training Program

•Execute other relevant work directed by the Subsea Manager.

•Reporting / Communication

•Weekly Meeting / Conference call

•End of Trip Report

•Maintain his own certificates in accordance with Training Matrix Qualification Requirements It is desirable that the Subsea Onshore Superintendent have worked as Senior Subsea Engineer for a minimum of 5 years on offshore rigs with deepwater operational experience.

•Ability to work systematically and independently.

•Good English communication skills, both verbally and written.

•Have to be acquainted with regulations and requirements from relevant Authorities and Classification Societies applicable to Subsea equipment.

•The candidate must have good managerial skills and ability to lead by example.
