Our client, one of the biggest Oil and Gas service companies in the world are currently …recruiting an Offshore Maintenance Planner on board their FPSO offshore Angola on what will be a 28/28 rotation.
As an Offshore Planner you will interact with all discipline Engineers and Technicians to proactively and effectively prepare, organize, administer Preventive/Routine maintenance on maximo. Monitor implementation of Maintenance Plan and keep/maintain records on maximo for all Equipment and auxiliaries on board FPSO.
Accountabilities
• Effectively plan Preventive/Corrective/Routine maintenance for all equipment/auxiliaries on board FPSO.
• Collaborate with offshore engineers and Onshore main planner to collect information/data for maintenance.
• Prepare maintenance plan/activities based on established/revised program on maximo.
• Proper administration of maintenance activities on maximo and Work Order issuance.
• Ensures maintenance activities are recorded and validated in CMMS/ Maximo system.
• Monitor and control maintenance tools, materials and equipment related to the plan.
• Participate in Incident Investigation Teams when requested and provide technical expertise.
• Training and coaching of Angolan nationals to provide the future staff for the maintenance team.
Experience
BSc. Engineering / HND or equivalent with related experience.
Computer Literate Maximo maintenance systems. Comfortable providing Reports.
Substantial operations and maintenance experience in Oil & Gas is required. Concise knowledge with 5 years maintenance planning experience for all equipment on board FPSO (Mechanical, Electrical and instruments)
• Knowledgeable in SAP related to materials coordination
• Knowledgeable in Equipment Reliability and Availability study
