Contributors’ Guidelines

Nogtec Oil & Gas welcomes in-depth and incisive articles and reports from seasoned oil and gas professionals, analysts and energy experts around the world. To contribute articles to Nogtec Oil & Gas, contributors should keep to the primary areas of coverage and we invite individuals, companies and agencies to inquire about possible articles for posting in NOG.

Basically, our articles are news, information and analysis. They generally fall into upstream and downstream petroleum, finance, regional developments and company operations.

You may also submit events for listing in our Events Calendar, product and service releases for our Products/Services section, and details about your company or organization in our O&G Directory.

Contributors of articles should include their names, position and organisation. While the inclusion of your photo and contact information is optional.

News Releases

For prompt attention, please submit press releases by email and where possible, graphics or photos to illustrate the release will provide a better presentation of the resulting article. These may be submitted digitally as either GIF or JPEG files. Press releases should also include the name, organisation and telephone number of a spokesperson who will be able to answer questions and provide additional information.

Submissions

All articles and news releases must be submitted electronically, either on CD, disk, or by email and should be formatted in either Microsoft Word for Windows 95 or above (doc).Do not incorporate figures into the text; they should be submitted as separate files.
